Grief. Such power in a single word. And such a perfect word to use for the name of this band. Nothing describes the music more. To those alien to the sound of Sludge, this is the definition of grief put to noise. First, notice the album cover - a void which seems to be some sort of portal, and a decaying torso floating through it. Whoever this man is, he is unrecognizable now - his head has exploded from the sounds of Sludge. This man could be you after listening to this record. But to those familiar with Grief's earlier material, this will be a fun ride, so pack some beer, a bong, and let's get to listening. Sludgecore classic masterpieces!!! (Throne Records #137)
